MNP
The HORISEN MNP API Suite provides telecom operators, aggregators, and enterprise service providers with high-performance access to mobile number portability data, ENUM records, and routing information. Customer
The HORISEN MNP Service helps customers to discover MNP (Mobile Number Portability) information about given MSISDN. MNP information indicates which mobile operator (identified by MCC/MNC) is handling the given subscriber MSISDN. There may be MSISDNs that are not active but still belong to a mobile operator.
Supplier
The HORISEN MNP Supplier APIs let the HORISEN MNP Server retrieve MCC and MNC information of a recipient mobile subscriber by sending queries — over HTTP or ENUM (DNS-based) protocol — to the MNP Service developed by the MNP Supplier (hereafter referred to as the MNP Source).
