Business Messenger APIs
The HORISEN Business Messenger APIs provide a unified REST interface for sending and managing messages, configuring senders and inbound rules, orchestrating campaigns, handling templates and contacts, and retrieving message logs, delivery reports, and real-time analytics. All endpoints follow consistent authentication, error handling, and data formatting standards, enabling reliable, scalable integration of Business Messenger capabilities into any application or backend workflow.
Account Channel Setup
The Account Channel Setup section provides a detailed instructions of how to configure and manage messaging channels at the Business Messenger account level. It covers the setup and activation process for each supported channel, ensuring that outbound and inbound communication flows operate reliably and according to channel-specific requirements.
Instance Channel Setup
The Instance Channel Setup section describes how messaging channels are configured and maintained at the instance level. It outlines the parameters, credentials, routing profiles, sender provisioning, and integration requirements needed to enable channels for all accounts within a specific platform instance.
Campaign API
Business Messenger (BM) Campaign API is a standard REST HTTP API with JSON payload. It can be used to programmatically manage BM campaign data. BM API authorization is implemented as the industry-standard OAuth2 protocol.
Contact Manager API
The Business Messenger Contact Manager API is a standard REST HTTP API with JSON payload. It can be used to store customer subscription information, create messaging lists etc. The Business Messenger API authorization is implemented as the industry-standard OAuth 2.0 protocol. Conversation API
Bot integration is an optional feature and it can be defined via billing subscription plan. With this feature the automatic responses to the messages received in the Easy Dialog app, can be generated with Botpress, some Custom third-party API or OpenAI-compatible chat completion API. So, when someone sends a message to the Easy Dialog app, if Bot is enabled, they will receive a message back generated by the Bot.
SMS - SDK
SMS Form SDK is a javascript library that provides a subscription mechanism for SMS messages for your website.
UI Integration
HORISEN apps can show data from external APIs (Client API). All integration points must be pre-configured in the local integration storage and considered static meta/configuration data. The only data Client API needs to provide dynamically is actual raw JSON data for UI components. Each time a front-end app makes a request to see the data, the Integration proxy makes a call to Client API to provide the data.

Webpush SDK is a javascript library that provides subscription mechanism for Webpush notifications for your website/domain.
WhatsApp Message Templates
WhatsApp message templates are predefined message formats that businesses can use to communicate with their customers over WhatsApp. WhatsApp offers several types of templates within the WhatsApp Business API to support various business needs.
