Test System API

The Test System API is used for testing the traffic performance of SMS routes in real-time. Run SMS tests, manage routes, operators, and countries, and review detailed testing results to validate delivery, availability, and message content.

Test traffic is simulated through the Test/Sms resource, which sends a test SMS to one or more gates (gate_id) targeted by MCC or MCC+MNC, with configurable sender behavior (fixed, random, or same-as-template), message language and encoding, and an optional callback URL that receives the asynchronous delivery result identified by a test_session ID.

The remaining resources provide the reference and routing configuration used to build and classify those tests: Test/Route defines routes by category, supplier, and gate (optionally scoped by TLV tag/value, service type, or prefix), while Test/Route/Category, Test/Route/Supplier, and Test/Route/Gate let you list and remove the categories, suppliers, and gates a route can reference, and Test/Operator, Test/Operator/Country, and Test/Sms/Language expose the operators, countries, and languages available for test SMS content.
