Vhlr

Access vHLR configuration data used for SS7 Platform number lookups. Retrieve lists of vHLR configurations and update entries by GT.

Each vHLR entry is keyed by GT (Global Title) and defines a cacheTtl for cached lookup results, along with a set of dedicated SS7 error codes returned when a lookup fails for a specific reason — missing data, invalid SCCP data, unknown subscriber, IMSI not found in the database, IMSI not found in cache, or an IMSI already being processed.

Unlike the Vhlrdb resources, vHLR entries cannot be created or deleted through this API — they can only be listed and updated by GT.
