Vhlrdb Operator

Manage Vhlrdb Operator configuration data used for SS7 Platform operator resolution. Create, retrieve, update, and delete operator configuration entries.

Each entry maps an operatorId and operator name to a countryId (with the resolved countryName), along with the mcc, ndc (national destination code), and imsi prefix that identify the operator's numbering ranges — the data the SS7 Platform uses to determine which operator serves a given subscriber during MT-inbound routing.

Entries support full CRUD and can be listed, filtered, or sorted by fields such as name, countryId, mcc, ndc, or imsi.
