Introduction

Bot integration is an optional feature, and it can be defined via billing subscription plan. With this feature the automatic responses to the messages received in the Easy Dialog app, can be generated with Botpress, some Custom third-party API or OpenAI-compatible chat completion API. So, when someone sends a message to the Easy Dialog app, if Bot is enabled, they will receive a message back generated by the Bot.

The Conversation API accounts can be managed after selecting the "Conversation API" option from the "Settings" > "Integration" section of the Business Messenger app.
